Order Processing Times:

Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and ship your order. We consider an order "dispatched" once it's handed over to our shipping carrier and is on its way to you. During busy periods or holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days.

Delivery times depend on your location. Here's what you can expect:

Note: During peak seasons and holidays, carriers may experience delays outside our control. International shipments may also face customs delays, potentially extending delivery times.

Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details:

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout. Mistakes can lead to delays or cancellations. If our system detects an address issue, we'll email you within 3 business days. If we don't hear back, we may cancel your order.

Spot an error? Email us at hello@sokyandco.co within 24 hours of ordering. We'll try our best to update it, but can't guarantee changes after that.

Delayed Delivery

We strive for speedy shipping, but sometimes delays happen due to things like weather or transportation issues. We'll work with the carrier to get your order to you ASAP and keep you updated.

Other factors like product availability, address verification, or payment issues might also cause delays. We'll let you know promptly if there's any problem with your order.

Please understand that Soky & Co. isn't responsible for delays beyond our control and can't guarantee exact delivery dates. We'll keep you informed and assist as much as possible.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your package is with the carrier, it's their responsibility. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at hello@sokyandco.co, and we'll help you.

We recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim. We'll also reach out to them on your behalf and provide updates.

Soky & Co. isn't liable for lost or stolen packages, and this falls outside our refund policy. But we'll do our best to assist you. If the package isn't found, we might offer a replacement depending on the situation.
